Previous to CEO, Paul Alexander has been General Manager of LPS (formerly Lexel Project Services) since 2010 and has grown the team from start-up to now. He has overseen winning several key client contracts, and brought on board a talented Senior Leadership Team to take the company into the future.
In his time as General Manager, LPS has received the Westpac Business Award for Excellence in Service Delivery, the Minister of Defence Award for Excellence, as growing one of our emerging stars into winning the PMI Project Manager of the Year.
Paul has been responsible for developing VBRS™ – a value-based “at risk” system to manage the LPS team and align customer satisfaction – so that we can focus on partnering fully with our staff and clients.
His 20+ years in the IT industry has seen him directing numerous companies, managing key change and transformation programmes for large New Zealand organisations, and programme management across many departments and industries.
His industry skills include the ability to manage, motivate and affect change in organisations. He has highly-developed skills in managing outsource solutions to IT departments and the wider business. He is an adept negotiator and mediator. In his Programme Management days, his reputation was built on his ability to bring in projects on time and under budget.
He is currently executing the LPS strategy, maturing the business, growing our capabilities, evolving excellent solutions, building our culture and maintaining a strong focus on LPS becoming a partner vital to our awesome clients.
