LPS acquires Venture IT, announces record momentum
To meet the increasing market demand for its solutions, LPS has also already grown its team by over 43% percent this year, including adding five new members to the executive team. The company attributes recent growth to its innovative approach and expanding capabilities as part of their vision to offer change, transformation and realisation solutions. LPS today are launching a number of new services: LPS RESULT, a testing service; LPS HUDDL, offering project space as a service; LPS CO:PMO, a collective PMO solution; along with a change management practice, LPS DELTA.
They also have plans to start a few more towards the end of the year. These capabilities, along with their core project practice, can be delivered either as stand-alone services or as components of a total enterprise solution.
“As anticipated since our recent management buyout in November 2014, we have been very well positioned to take advantage of more opportunities to expand LPS’s capabilities” said Paul Alexander, CEO, LPS.
“We’re excited to combine Venture IT’s expertise and talent with that of LPS to create a leading NZ business that fulfils our vision of being leaders in change, transformation and realisation solutions.”
“The LPS-Venture IT combination is an excellent strategic fit, presenting a unique opportunity to leverage our complementary strengths to bring a fresh capability to the market,” said James Sellars, director of Venture IT. “We share similar values which will allow us to integrate seamlessly with the LPS culture. Our combined approach of offering a proactive, boutique service will ensure we maintain our industry reputation for being a customer service-oriented, innovative company.”
Sellars will join LPS as the testing practice director for LPS RESULT, bringing with him his clients and expert team of testers.
