Heather Bryant joined the LPS team in July 2016.
She brings with her a broad skill set in service delivery, customer service, and people leadership; having worked in service/people-oriented roles for 15 years, across multiple industries both in the public and private sectors. Some of these include banking and finance, freight and logistics, and telecommunications… most recently leading a successful ICT outsourcing transformation project.
Heather’s role at LPS will include customer advocacy, as well as “Camp Mother” duties to various teams at our customer sites. She will provide input and governance to the LPS account teams to ensure a focus on maintaining customer satisfaction, as well as building the service delivery function across the business.
Heather’s first task will be ensuring our top-class service delivery strategy is delivered in a consistent and managed approach to our customers, with goals of having the best service delivery in the industry!
