LPS finalists in two categories in 2017 Reseller Awards

LPS is thrilled to be announced as finalists in two categories for the 2017 Reseller News ICT Industry Awards, the winners being announced at a dinner event on 11 October. We are proud to be standing alongside some strong competition in both the Large Market Vendor and the Best Partner Initiative. LPS has had a stellar year in 2016/2017 with enormous growth which we look to continue as we head towards our 2020 goals.

The Large-Market Partner award is designed to highlight the companies that are excelling in provisioning services to customers in the (>1000) market in the last 12 months. Judges will be voting on growth, investment, business creation and reputation. Our entry focused on our growth, especially in the past year, a range of our innovations that we have taken to market and the investment and dedication that we have made into our Service Delivery and Talent teams.

We’ve got the numbers to back up these achievements too. Having started measuring engagement in 2016 our internal eNPS score has risen from 29.9 to 55.4 against an industry average of 16. And we have seen a whopping 80%+ growth in revenue from 23m > 40m+ over the same period, while our team of impressive LPSers has jumped from 109 to over 220.

Not prepared to rest on our laurels, however, innovation has continued to be a principal focus strengthened by our core values as we look to the future and seek to deliver ‘wow.’ Think tanks meet regularly on topics ranging from agile to testing to training and more. One of our coolest products is CO: PMO for which we have been made a finalist in the Best Partner initiative.

CO:PMO sees LPS providing people, tools and collateral at a significantly reduced cost to run the entire PMO. The service is tailored to individual client requirements and includes all of the process, tools and capabilities of a mature in-house PMO. In addition, many customers will include project delivery resources within the contract to optimise service delivery and cost structures. We work really closely with our customers to package up the PMO that suits them the best, and with so much ‘skin in the game’ we provide quality delivery with reassurance to the customer. Check out our interview here with Ed Overy, CIO of Kiwirail.

A dedicated team of awesome LPSers, bright and brilliant ideas and a fair few late nights has provided the mixture that allows us to celebrate our achievements at these awards, and charge on with renewed energy and excitement for what is to come. Huge thanks go out to all of those who made this happen, and best of luck to all our competitors.
