Our purpose as an organisation is to help our customers create their future.  This is beyond technical change or introducing new products and services, it is about creating lasting change in the culture of the organisation and the behaviours of the people. 


Change Management is about ensuring that change is adopted and sustained.  This is true whether a large traditional project methodology is being used, or whether an Agile method is in play.  In both cases, thinking through the implications to people of the change is a crucial step to achieve the desired business outcome.

Identify everyone involved and then plan how the change can be effectively delivered.

Managing the Change

Execute all of the Change Management activities including communication, training, coaching, organisational change, etc

Make it Stick

Ensure that the change is sustained. Capture feedback and follow-up where needed.
